Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we’ve gotten from pet owners. If you can’t find what you are looking for please reach out.  We are happy to address any questions and concerns you may have. 

Cancellations Policy:
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice for dog walking cancellations is required.
    *Less than 24 hours notice will result in the full service fee.
  • A minimum of 2 weeks notice for pet sitting cancellations is required.
    *Less than 2 weeks notice will result in 1/2 the full pet sitting fee.
  • A minimum of 2 weeks notice for Holiday pet sitting cancellation is required.
    *Less than 2 weeks notice will result in the FULL pet sitting fee.
Additional Charges:

Weekends : additional $5.00 per walk

Early morning before 8:00AM : additional $5.00 per walk

Evening walks after 7:00 PM: additional $5.00 per walk

Holiday Walks: $30.00 per walk

Holiday Overnight Pet Sitting: $130.00 per night

Payment:

You will be billed weekly for dog walking services. 

For pet sitting and all other services you will be billed after the service is completed.  

All Pet photography sessions will require a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance will be due on site of the photoshoot.

We accept Visa, Masted Card, American Express, checks and cash.
